Send us your pictures and slides, and we will turn your memories into a collection of digitally archived high-resolution images you can enjoy again and again. Let us scan and archive your photos before they fade away or the color changes. Once you have your digital pictures, you can do lots of things with them. Send copies of your CD or DVD to family members or share your photos by email. Don't forget to order extra CDs or DVDs and send them as gifts to family members and friends.
Photo Scanning-To-DVD / CD Packages Include:
- Images are Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) unless otherwise specified.
- Prints are scanned at 300dpi to 600dpi
- Slides are scanned at 2500dpi, 3200 dpi or 4000dpi.
Additional Photo Scanning Package Options:
- $5.00 for an extra CD copy.
- $10.00 for an extra DVD copy.
Preparation and Shipping Instructions:
- Separate your photos and slides into groups (example "1999YelStone"). Please try to keep the names as short as possible.
- Carefully pack all your pictures and use a shipper that offers a traceable shipment.
Color, Dust and Scratch Correction:
Older photos and slides are usually faded and require some color corrections. We use the latest software to correct images that have lost some of their appeal. Our software also reduces the effects of dust and scratches that may be on your photos and slides. Below is an example of a photo where we made color corrections to bring it back to life.
